Wrote this song while working on the Nuclear Freeze movement in California in 1982. One of many anti-nuke and peace songs from that era. This was a US - Soviet friendship song. Has some Russian in it off a record and some I added after consultation with a friend involved in that area. Need more of that with Russia now. DC, 8-08-2015 |
